入选标准
- •1)Patient who give written informed consent
- •2)ASA I and II
- •3)Patients with BMI 18-25 kg/m2
- •4)Age 18-50 years, either sex
- •5)Patients scheduled for laparoscopic surgeries
- •6)No major obstructive or restrictive lung disease(defined as <70% of predicted value for PFT variables of volume and flow)
排除标准
- •1)Patient refusal
- •2)Anticipated difficult intubation and pregnant patients and patients in whom intubation attempts exceeds more than two.
- •3)Major obstructive or restrictive lung disease(defined as <70% of predicted value for PFT variables of volume and flow)
- •4)Inability to maintain stable ventilator settings for >30 minutes
- •5)Patients with a tracheotomy or who had laryngeal disease or surgery
- •6)Patients in whom nasogastric tube is used
- •7)Patients who require mechanical ventilation in the postoperative period
