入选标准
- •1. ASA 1,2,3
- •2. Radiologicaly/cystoscopically diagnosed case of superficial urinary bladder mass present on posterolateral wall scheduled for TURBT . 3. Patient of any age fit for TURBT and spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •1. Patients refusal to participate in the study
- •2. Patients above ASA class 3
- •3. Patients having hypersensitivity to local anesthetic
- •4. Patient having contraindication to spinal anesthesia
- •5. Patient on anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs
- •6. Severe cardiac disease graded as NYHA class 3 -4
- •7. Previous obturator nerve injury
- •8. Local infection at block site
