Inclusion Criteria

patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with histories of previous neck surgery, right internal carotid artery catheterization,history of pulmonary disease and hypotension at induction of anesthesia were excluded.
