Inclusion Criteria
1.Age >= 18 years old
2.Type2 diabetes millitus
3.Inhospital hyperglycemia
4.Capillary blood glucose 180-300 mg/dL at least 2 times in 24 hrs
5.Admit at Medical ward
Exclusion Criteria
1.Good control capillary blood glucose by diet control
2.Use insulin analog :glargine,determine,aspart,lispro
3.Shock
4.DKA or HHS
5.Plan to move to ICU within 2 days
6.Plan to surgery within 2 days
7.Pregnancy
8.ESRD who must hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis
9.Use intravenous insulin
10.Capillary blood glucose interferance
11.History of hypertriglyceride (>1800 mg/dL
