•1.Subjects will be first evaluated and diagnosed as SAIS by orthopedic surgeon
•2.Male and female between the ages of 18 to 40 years
•3.Unilateral shoulder pain of more than one month localized (anterior and/or anterolateral) to the acromion region
•4.Cut off of 3<= out of 5 tests (Neer impingement test, Hawkins Kennedy test, painful arc test, external rotation resistance test, and empty can test)
•5.PM tightness (PMI below the cut off of ----)
•6.Subjects who can understand and follow the commands (with MMSE score 24 < _)
•7.Subjects willing to participate in the study and sign the consent form.

•1.Cervical or shoulder symptoms reproduced by a cervical screening exam
•2.Symptoms of numbness or tingling in the upper extremity
•3.A history of the followings: onset of symptoms due to traumatic injury, glenohumeral joint dislocation, acromioclavicular joint separation, a history of shoulder, waist and chest surgery, fracture or dislocation of the affected shoulder, inflammatory joint disease, fibromyalgia.
•4.Pregnancy
•5.Physiotherapy treatment within last three months.
