1. American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) 1 children.
2. Children reporting to the department with vital teeth requiring access opening as a part of pulp treatment in primary mandibular second molar or permanent mandibular first molar under local anaesthesia
1. Frankl definitely negative children.
2. Children with history of allergy to local anesthesia
