入选标准
- •- the American Society Anesthesiologists physical status Iâ€III
- •- aged between 18-65 year-old
- •- underwent elective surgeries under general anesthesia
- •- having an IV catheter no. 20 at a hand dorsum
- •- weight more than 50 kg
排除标准
- •- had difficulty in communicating
- •- were allergic to ondansetron or propofol or lidocaine
- •- were allergic to egg or soybean
- •- were using Apomorphine, Dronedarone, Monoamine oxidase inhibitor and serotonergic drugs
- •- Arrhythmia: Prolong QT, second and third degree AV block
- •- Chronic pain
- •- Thrombophlebitis or peripheral neuropathy
- •- Pregnancy or during lactation
- •- rapid sequence intubation
