Inclusion Criteria
1 Pregnant women 18 years old or older
2 Recieved cesarean section by residents
3 Underwent spinal block
4 Don t need NPO after the operation
5 Cooperate to read and speak Thai and sign in consent form
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of allergy to Domperidone
2. History of gastrointestinal tract surgery
3. Had underlying disease of prolactinoma
4. Had infection or need to admit in ICU
