1. Diagnosed as major depressive disorder according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-V), 2. Treated with antidepressants for at least 2 weeks, 3. Take medicine by himself, 4. Thai who can communicate and read Thai language, 5. Follow-up date is within 4 to 5 weeks.
1. Treated with other treatment i.e. CBT or ECT, 2. Diagnosed as other psychiatric disorders i.e. anxiety disorder schizophrenia, 3.Cognitive impairment (TMSE<=23), 4.Diagnosed as other chronic diease and are not stable, 5. Can not contact via a telephone, 6. Can not complete the questionnaire at the first time
