Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •High risk neonates will include the neonates born of Multiple pregnancy
- •Abnormal umbilical doppler
- •Gestational diabetes
- •Chorioamnionitis
- •weight of less than 2000g
- •Gestation of less than equal to 34 weeks
- •Need for resuscitation at birth of PPV and more
- •Need for respiratory support for more than 24 hrs
- •Shock requiring inotropic or vasopressor support
- •Sepsis or meningitis or ventriculitis
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal to participate in the study
