Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •High risk neonates will include the neonates born of Multiple pregnancy
  • •Abnormal umbilical doppler
  • •Gestational diabetes
  • •Chorioamnionitis
  • •Birth weight of less than 2000g
  • •Gestation of less than equal to 34 weeks
  • •Need for resuscitation at birth of PPV and more
  • •Need for respiratory support for more than 24 hrs
  • •Shock requiring inotropic or vasopressor support
  • •Sepsis or meningitis or ventriculitis

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Refusal to participate in the study
