- •I.All patients of age 6 to 16 years
- •II.Clinically diagnosed chronic spontaneous urticaria(Wheals present on most days of the week for >= 6 weeks) with or without angioedema.
排除标准
- •I.Hepatic and renal impairment
- •II.Autoimmune comorbidity
- •III.Endocrine abnormality
- •IV.Prior treatment with antihistamines and steroids within a week
- •V.Failure to follow up
