1.Adult male patients (above 21to 45years of age) suffering from infertility.
2.Patient who fulfilled the criteria of diagnostic features of Infertility .
3.Control group - male healthy individual who have normal semen parameters .
1)Females
2)Malignancy
3)Known patients of mechanical physical cause of Infertility like anti sperm antibodies condition, Obstruction, Surgical process etc
4)Known case of severe DM, HTN and other significant disease
5)Known case of HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, Tuberculosis etc.
6)Non cooperative Patients
7)Patients with various genetic syndrome associated with Infertility
8)Previous surgery of male reproductive tract
9)Erectile dysfunction
10)Cryptorchidism
11)Uses of exogenous testosterone
