Inclusion Criteria
Mothers of children under five years who were referred to Arak's Treatment Health Centers assigned for sampling that should be literate. Exclusion criteria: mother's unwillingness to continue participation in this study- being absent more than two session in educational classes.

Name Time Method Score of construct health belief model ( susceptibility? severity? benefits? perceived barriers- cues to action- self efficacy).
