Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients who were referred to Division of Nuclear Medicine, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital for the first radioactive iodine treatment for Graves' disease
2. Stop antithyroid drugs 5-7 days prior to administration of radioactive iodine

Exclusion Criteria

1. Previously treated with radioactive iodine treatment or thyroidectomy
2. Required a radioactive iodine dose of more than 150 microcuries per 1 gram of thyroid tissue
3. Pregnant or lactating women
4. Not voluntarily agree to participate in the study
