1. ASA grade I and 2.
2. Age between 18 to 60 years.
3.Elective lower abdominal surgeries.
4. Patient giving valid informed
consent.
1. Patient refusal
2. Age less than 18 years and more than 60 years
3. ASA grade 3 and 4
4. Patients posted for emergency surgeries
5. Patient with local infection at puncturing site
6. Patients with ischaemic and rheumatic heart disease
7. Patients with coagulation defects and patients on anticoagulants
8. Patients allergic to local anesthetic drugs.
9. Patients with neuromuscular disorders
