Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Age more than 18 years.
  • •2\. Willing to participate and give consent.
  • •3\. Suspected pulmonary fungal infection.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Serological evidence of an acute infection with hepatitis B or C.
  • •2\. Patients with HIV infection.
