入排标准
入选标准
- •patients with respiratory symptoms suspicious of having pulmonary tb like cough for 2 weeks or more,evening rise of temperature,weight loss,loss of appetite.
- •sputum either not produced or sputum negative for AFB on two samples.
- •chest radiograph showing changes consistent with active TB.
- •age more than 18 years.
- •patients who are willing to go for bronchoscopy.
排除标准
- •patients with uncontrolled asthma.
- •patients with uncontrolled chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
- •patients with unstable angina.
- •patients already on anti-tubercular treatment.
- •patients not willing to give consent.
