All cancer patients enrolled in JIPMER Palliative Clinic at Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), whose pain is controlled with morphine 60 mg/day and higher dose.
1.Patients < 18 years of age.
2.Elderly patients who are bedridden.
3.Patients who are hearing impaired, visually impaired & aphasic.
4.Patients who are on other pain medications with morphine.
5.Patients who require other treatments like irradiation, nerve blocks, epidural anesthesia etc., for their pain management along with morphine.
