Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Preterm neonate \<34 wk gestation are eligible
  • •2\. Parental informed consent obtained.
  • •3\. Gender – both

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Known severe congenital/chromosomal abnormality
  • •2\. Twin\-to\-twin transfusion syndrome
  • •3\. Twin anemia polycythemia syndrome
  • •4\. Monochorionic twins
  • •5\. Rh sensitization
  • •6\. Hydrops
  • •7\. Retropositive mother
  • •8\. Abruptio placentae, Total placenta praevia
  • •9\. Precipitate labor
  • •10\.Invasive placentations \[increta, percreta]
