Inclusion Criteria

1. Preterm neonate <34 wk gestation are eligible

2. Parental informed consent obtained.

3. Gender – both

Exclusion Criteria

1. Known severe congenital/chromosomal abnormality

2. Twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome

3. Twin anemia polycythemia syndrome

4. Monochorionic twins

5. Rh sensitization

6. Hydrops

7. Retropositive mother

8. Abruptio placentae, Total placenta praevia

9. Precipitate labor

10.Invasive placentations [increta, percreta]

11.Multifetal pregnancy

12.Refusal to consent
