- •sports on highly competitive level
- •sedentary lifestyle
- •co-morbidity: neurological disorders, metabolic disorders, arthritis, cancer
- •medication: immunosuppressive drugs, insulin
- •fracture last half year
- •hip/knee replacement last two years
