Inclusion Criteria
Having an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy order
Ability to speak and understand Persian language
No previous endoscopic history of upper gastrointestinal tract
being at the age of 6 to 18 years
No emergency endoscopy orders
Exclusion Criteria
Child develops malignant diseases
Child with mental problems and physical disabilities
Child with psychological disorder or anxiety disorder

Name Time Method Anxiety. Timepoint: 30 minutes before and 15 minutes after intervention. Method of measurement: STAI Questionnaire.;Parental Satisfaction. Timepoint: Fifteen minutes after training. Method of measurement: Self Made questionnaire.
