简要总结
Compare the kinematic and kinetic variables among the basketball and volleyball players and understand the bilateral deficit of each player, so coaches and trainers can use the identified biomechanical differences and injury patterns to tailor training programs specific to basketball and volleyball players, also athletes and coaches can employ the study’s discoveries to concentrate on enhancing biomechanical factors strongly associated with better performance in jumping activities.
• The study will be conducted after obtaining permission from the IRC approval, IEC approval, and CTRI registration.
• Based on the purposive sampling method the subjects will be recruited
• Sample screening and selection of participants will be done based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.
• An explanation of the study, procedure, and consent from the participant is collected.
• Make the participant visually analyse the countermovement jump.
• The warmup is given to basketball and volleyball players for maximum jump performance.
Running at a predetermined pace for five minutes was the general warm-up.
This equated to 12 circles around a radius of 86 meters.
o four circles - 30 seconds per circle.
o four circles - 25 seconds per circle
o four circles – 20 seconds per circle
Dynamic stretching includes Butt kicks, High knees, Straight leg march, Carioca, Power shuffle, Reverse Lunge with twist, Jogging with squats
• Familiarization of the jump (2 or 3 times) on the force plate is done so that the subject gets used to landing on the force plate.
• Three successful jump trials with a one-minute break between each jump are given.
