This study is open randamise , clinical interventional type of study compairing the efficacy of Aparajita siddha ghrita as Pratimarsha Nasya for onece in a day at night time. v/s Shamana snehapana for twice a day in Ardhavbhedaka for 90 days in total 60 patients with patients having symptoms of ardhavbhedaka. that will be conducted in DY Patil university school of Ayurveda Nerul Navi Mumbai and patients will be selected from opd, ipd od DY Patil Ayurvedic Hospital Nerul.

Inclusion Criteria
- A diagnosis of migraine with aura and migraine without aura.
- children having throbbing headache, sensitivity to light, sound, irritable, moody, nausea/vomiting.
- children fulfilling the ped MIDAS criteria for diagnosis of adolescent migraine.
Exclusion Criteria
- children not fulfilling the ped MIDAS criteria for diagnosis of adolescent migraine.
- known case of C.P. , M.R. and epilepsy, sleep disorder.
- known case of hearing deficit.

Name Time Method Relief from subjective assesment criteria i.e. clinical sings & symptoms of ardhavbhedaka such as ardha murdha (half sided headache) , frequency , prakash asahtva (photophobia) , dhwani asahatva (phonophobia), bhrama (giddiness), shirataap ( local temperature), chardi ( vomitting Base line , after 15 days for 90 days trial
