Inclusion Criteria

Insured persons of the German Pension Insurance Berlin-Brandenburg or the German Pension Insurance North between the ages of 18 and 62 years are included, who have a special occupational problem at the time of the cardiological follow-up treatment (Würzburg screening at least 1 point).

Primary Outcome Measures

The primary outcome is occupational participation at the end of the intervention (employment status). This variable is recorded at the end of the cardiological follow-up treatment (start of the two-stage intervention) and six months after completion of the medical-occupational rehabilitation (MBOR week).
Secondary Outcome Measures

Various secondary outcomes will be collected to map health changes and participation opportunities: Cardiac Anxiety (HAF-17), Depressiveness (PHQ-8), Health Related Quality of Life (SF-12), Well-Being (WHO-5), Ability to Work (Work Ability Score), Participation Impairments (IMET).
