age between 18 and 50 years old; would like to participate in the study after a full explanation of the research objectives and methods advantages and disadvantages; according to America Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) patients should be in class one and two (ASA Class I and II). Exclusion criteria: emergency patients; patients who are diagnosed unstable in hemodynamic parameters; patients with a variety of systemic diseases (HTN, DM, COPD, asthma, etc.); patients with a history of drug abuse; patients with high Malanpaty 2; patients with a BMI greater than 35; patients suffering from neck movements; difficult intubation criteria; patients who have difficulty in opening mouth.
