(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction/cerebral hemorrhage; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for dysphagia; (3) Abnormal manifestations of oral and pharyngeal phases during swallowing angiography evaluation; (4) The course of stroke is less than 6 months; (5) The patient is conscious, his vital signs are stable, and there is no fever and lung infection; (6) Age 35~70 years old; (7) Informed consent to participate in the research of this topic.
(1) Non-unilateral lesions; (2) Previous history of stroke, brain tumor, traumatic brain injury and other neuropsychiatric diseases; (3) History of dysphagia in the past; (4) Combined with cognitive dysfunction and aphasia; Have severe cardiopulmonary and renal complications; (5) Those who cannot cooperate with the examination and treatment.
