Sarpagandha ghana vati is widely practice Ayurveda medicine in treatment of hypertension, as hypertension is raktaja vyadhi according to Ayurveda , Virechana(Medical purgation) followed by Rasayana like Sarpagnadha and other widely use drug Kusmanada Rasayan is taken to trail.

- •Systolic blood pressure >140 mm Hg Diastolic blood pressure >90 mm Hg Fit for Purgation therapy Willing to consent.
排除标准
- •Systolic >180 mm Hg, Diastolic >100 mm Hg Secondary Hypertension (CKD, Endocrine disorder, Type I , Type II diabetic ,pregnancy induced hypertension Age below 21 and above 70 Unfit for virechana Hypersensitivity to trail drug.
