入选标准
- •1.All patients with migraine fulfilling international headache society migraine diagnosis criteria (2018).
- •2.Age group 18-50 years in both sexes
- •3.Complaints of Migraine headache for at least 6 months before enrollment or the patients must
- •have at least six episodes of headache in the last 1 year.
排除标准
- •1.Cases with other types of primary headache (Tension headache, cluster headache)
- •2.Cases of secondary headache (Meningitis, Hypertension, Intracranial SOL), which are diagnosed by the History, clinical examination and available investigations (if any).
- •3.Pregnant and lactating women.
- •4.Cases with systemic illness including malignancies and diagnosed Neurological diseases.
- •5.Cases with Psychiatric comorbidities.

Sepsis is common in general medical and surgical wards with an estimated prevalence of 15%. The pathophysiological process of sepsis is a disease continuum from infection, signs of systemic inflammation in response to infection, sepsis, severe sepsis and multi-organ dysfunction.
