Inclusion Criteria

1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of erosive oral lichen planus;
2) informed consent to participate in the clinical trial;
3) At least 18 years of age.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Patients with burning mouth syndrome, discoid lupus erythematosus or leukoplakia and other oral mucosal diseases;
2) Patients with autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis and Sjogren's syndrome;
3) Patients with serious systemic diseases and tumors;
4) Previous history of adrenocortical dysfunction;
5) Long term or recent use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants, use of antidepressants, anti anxiety drugs or oral contraceptives;
6) Some drugs or amalgam fillings may cause mossy like reactions;
7) Recent history of mental illness;
8) Pregnant and lactating women.
