Inclusion Criteria

Involved in Yoga practice not more than 3 months before the study

Agreed to Follow Yoga and meditation protocol

Patients having Mild and Moderate anxiety

Exclusion Criteria

Individuals presented with Disorder of Sex Development

History of convulsion or epilepsy during the last 6 months before the

study, History of drug abuse

Having received any psychiatric or psychological therapies during the

month before the study

Patients having a known history of Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder,

Personality disorder, Anxiety disorder, Mood disorder, Obsessive–

compulsive disorder, Dissociative disorder, Panic disorder, Depression and

any other severe mental health condition.

Patients with metabolic disorders (diabetes, hypertension, and obesity),

need oxygen supply or ventilation support and pregnant women or cancer

Practicing Heartfulness yoga meditation could be a preventative measure that can offer mental <br/ ><br>health and well-being support to those in need. <br/ ><br>3. It is important to note that the benefits of yoga and meditation can be extended to various <br/ ><br>settings, including primary and secondary prevention. <br/ ><br>4. It will also aid in achieving the main vision of WHO Special Initiative for Mental Health <br/ ><br>(2019-2023) ? i.e., to provide highest standard of mental health and well-being. <br/ ><br>5. Meditation as a behavioural intervention will be used as a preventive measure to improve <br/ ><br>mental health and well-being.Timepoint: 12 Weeks
