Inclusion Criteria

1.Age more than 18 years old
2.Meet HBR criteria (1 major or 2 minor criteria)
3.No further requirement for stage PCI at the registration date, stage PCI should be performed in the index admission or no more than 4 weeks from the index procedure.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Known hypersensitivity or contraindication to aspirin, heparin, and P2Y12 inhibitors (clopidogrel/prasugrel/ticagrelor)
2.Life expectancy of less than 12 months
3.Participation in an investigational drug or device trial that has not yet completed its primary endpoint.
4.Incapable of providing written informed consent
