Inclusion Criteria
Patients, 60 and older, scheduled for elective surgery under spinal aensthesia are included.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with coagulopathy, liver disease, renal disease, neuromuscular disease, glaucoma, thyroid disease, prostatic hypertrophy, asthma, chronic lung disease, cardiovascular disease, and hemodynamic unstable patients are excluded.
