- •The participants in this study will be older workers aged 65 or older who reside in a community and participate voluntarily in the study.
- •* Inclusion criteria
- •Those who have been employed for more than 3 months
- •Those who are able to use a smartphone
- •Those who do not experience difficulty reading or understanding a written text
- •Those who can cooperate when obtaining body measurements
- •Those who understand the purpose and contents of the study and agree to participate via written consent
- •Those who do not have a serious cognitive impairment

- •Those who had been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment
- •Those who are already participating in another health promotion program
