- •1.Age between 14-18 years.
- •2.Patient’s requiring bilateral nonsurgical extraction of maxillary and mandibular premolars for orthodontic reasons.
- •3. Willingness to follow the investigator’s instructions exactly.
排除标准
- •1.Medically compromised patients.
- •2.Those with periodontally weak teeth.
- •3.Those whose premolars were affected by dental caries.
- •4. Any root canal treated tooth.
- •5.Patients who were taking drugs which interfere with pain response.
- •6.Patients who refused informed consent.
