  • - Written consent after clarification
  • - 1-week caffeine and alcohol abstinence before the start of the study
  • - fluent in the German language

排除标准

  • - Acute or chronic diseases that are not compatible with the study
  • - Usual bedtime before 21:30 or after 00:30 on working days
  • - Usual time to get up before 05:30 or after 8:30 on working days
  • - Former heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT)
  • - Bleeding or high risk of bleeding
  • - Known or suspected blood clotting disorder
  • - Known or suspected allergy to heparin
  • - Insomnia
  • - Regular shift and/or night work within the last 3 months
  • - Travelling across multiple time zones in the last months
  • - BMI =30 or <18
  • - All drugs that influence the parameters of the examination
  • - Alcohol and/or drug addiction
  • - Above average caffeine consumption
  • - Pregnancy (early pregnancy test before each study period)
  • - Drug use or smoking (multi-drug test before each study period)
  • - Extremely intensive training during the outpatient monitoring days (7 days before each study phase)
  • - Disease with prolonged bed rest within 6 weeks before study start
  • - Fear of taking blood samples
