- •- Written consent after clarification
- •- 1-week caffeine and alcohol abstinence before the start of the study
- •- fluent in the German language
排除标准
- •- Acute or chronic diseases that are not compatible with the study
- •- Usual bedtime before 21:30 or after 00:30 on working days
- •- Usual time to get up before 05:30 or after 8:30 on working days
- •- Former heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT)
- •- Bleeding or high risk of bleeding
- •- Known or suspected blood clotting disorder
- •- Known or suspected allergy to heparin
- •- Insomnia
- •- Regular shift and/or night work within the last 3 months
- •- Travelling across multiple time zones in the last months
- •- BMI =30 or <18
- •- All drugs that influence the parameters of the examination
- •- Alcohol and/or drug addiction
- •- Above average caffeine consumption
- •- Pregnancy (early pregnancy test before each study period)
- •- Drug use or smoking (multi-drug test before each study period)
- •- Extremely intensive training during the outpatient monitoring days (7 days before each study phase)
