Inclusion Criteria

Healthy
- Written consent after clarification
- 1-week caffeine and alcohol abstinence before the start of the study
- fluent in the German language

Exclusion Criteria

- Acute or chronic diseases that are not compatible with the study
- Usual bedtime before 21:30 or after 00:30 on working days
- Usual time to get up before 05:30 or after 8:30 on working days
- Former heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT)
- Bleeding or high risk of bleeding
- Known or suspected blood clotting disorder
- Known or suspected allergy to heparin
- Insomnia
- Regular shift and/or night work within the last 3 months
- Travelling across multiple time zones in the last months
- BMI =30 or <18
- All drugs that influence the parameters of the examination
- Alcohol and/or drug addiction
- Above average caffeine consumption
- Pregnancy (early pregnancy test before each study period)
- Drug use or smoking (multi-drug test before each study period)
- Extremely intensive training during the outpatient monitoring days (7 days before each study phase)
- Disease with prolonged bed rest within 6 weeks before study start
- Fear of taking blood samples
- Barely assessable superficial veins (will be assessed at the preliminary examination)
- Blood donation within 3 months before study start
- Claustrophobia (fear of staying in closed rooms)
