Inclusion Criteria
- •1) Participants complaining of psychological pain such as depressed mood, decreased motivation, feelings of worthlessness, guilt, and difficulty concentrating.
- •2) Adults over 19 years of age
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) Participants with current or past manic or hypomanic episodes
- •2) Participants with hallucinations (hallucinations, auditory hallucinations, etc.) or delusions
- •3) Participants with organic brain disorders such as major cognitive impairment (dementia), epilepsy, intellectual disability, or personality disorder
- •4) Participants who have difficulty conducting interviews and tests conducted in this study (e.g., if they have difficulty reading, writing, listening, speaking, or understanding)
- •5) When the number of people recruited for each group has been completed
