Inclusion Criteria

1. Aged 18 to 74 years old;
2. Meet the conventional standard of diagnosis of urinary tract stones;
3. Meet the TCM syndrome standard of diagnosis of lower coke dampness and heat syndrome;
4. the connection between kidney and ureter, or the ureter at the distal end of calculi without deformity, stenosis, obstruction and postoperative adhesion;
5. the renal function of the affected side was good, and the degree of hydronephrosis was below moderate;
6. the general condition of the whole body is good, with no abnormal liver and kidney functions in the past, and the body can take care of itself;
7. understand and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. urinary tract infection complicated with systemic symptoms, and the temperature was higher than 38? to diagnose pyelonephritis;
2. complicated urinary tract infection, which occurs due to anatomical deformations of the urinary tract, urinary obstruction such as stones, indwailing catheters, diabetes, immune function impairment and other reasons;
3. complicated with cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases;
4. those who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials 3 months ago;
5. the researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in the study.
