Objective: (1) To explore the relationship between neck muscle endurance, neck disability and calf muscle endurance in individuals with forward head posture. (2) To assess neck muscle endurance in individuals with forward head posture, to quantify neck disability in individuals with forward head posture and to assess calf endurance in individuals with forward head posture.
Design: Single time obervational or Cross-sectional study.
Methods: 105 Participants will be screened and selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, then the selected participants will undergo the endurance test and asked to fill the outcome measure form and data will be collected. The collected data will be analyzed by statistical analysis and then result will be concluded.

入选标准
- •Full time students of faculty of medicine and health sciences studying UG, PG and PhD scholars Screened positive for forward head posture (CVA less than 50) Willing to participate on voluntary basis and provide written informed consent.
排除标准
- •History of cervical spine or lower-limb surgery in the past 1 year.
- •Acute cervical or lower-limb injuries in the last 6 months.
- •Neurological conditions affecting posture or muscle performance.
- •Known musculoskeletal disorders such as cervical spondylosis, radiculopathy, or Achilles tendinopathy.
- •Pregnant women.
