Inclusion Criteria
Patients who will require general anaesthesia for abdominal surgeries for colorectal cancer.
Patients posted as first case of the day.
Exclusion Criteria
History of gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Known case of ventral hernia
Patient with intestinal obstruction
Patient posted for emergency surgery
BMI >30
Ongoing steroid treatment
Diabetic Patients
Patients with naso-gastric/ naso-jejunal tubes in-situ.
