A clinical trial to study the effects of specific group of exercises along with traditional physiotherapy on ability to maintain posture and fear of fall in patients having low back ache which is going down to legs and causing muscular weakness in leg.

Inclusion Criteria

Patients with unilateral radicular pain in L4-L5 and/or L5-S1 dermatomal distribution.

Patients with muscular weakness (unilateral) in L4-L5 and/or L5-S1 myotome distribution.

Positive Straight leg raise (SLR) test.

Numerical pain rating scale (NPRS) score 3-5 (mild to moderate pain).

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with history of orthopedic or vestibular disorders.

Patients with history of spinal surgery.

Neurological condition which may affect the balance.

Pregnant women.
