Inclusion Criteria
Patients with unilateral radicular pain in L4-L5 and/or L5-S1 dermatomal distribution.
Patients with muscular weakness (unilateral) in L4-L5 and/or L5-S1 myotome distribution.
Positive Straight leg raise (SLR) test.
Numerical pain rating scale (NPRS) score 3-5 (mild to moderate pain).
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with history of orthopedic or vestibular disorders.
Patients with history of spinal surgery.
Neurological condition which may affect the balance.
Pregnant women.
