Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with unilateral radicular pain in L4\-L5 and/or L5\-S1 dermatomal distribution.
  • •Patients with muscular weakness (unilateral) in L4\-L5 and/or L5\-S1 myotome distribution.
  • •Positive Straight leg raise (SLR) test.
  • •Numerical pain rating scale (NPRS) score 3\-5 (mild to moderate pain).

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with history of orthopedic or vestibular disorders.
  • •Patients with history of spinal surgery.
  • •Neurological condition which may affect the balance.
  • •Pregnant women.
