Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with unilateral radicular pain in L4\-L5 and/or L5\-S1 dermatomal distribution.
- •Patients with muscular weakness (unilateral) in L4\-L5 and/or L5\-S1 myotome distribution.
- •Positive Straight leg raise (SLR) test.
- •Numerical pain rating scale (NPRS) score 3\-5 (mild to moderate pain).
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with history of orthopedic or vestibular disorders.
- •Patients with history of spinal surgery.
- •Neurological condition which may affect the balance.
- •Pregnant women.
