Inclusion Criteria

1. One of these diagnosis from orthopedic specialist
1.1 Shoulder sprain
1.2 Elbow sprain
1.3 Wrist sprain
1.4 Metacarpophalangeal joint sprain
1.5 Interphalangeal joint sprain
1.6 Hip sprain
1.7 Knee sprain
1.8 Ankle sprain
1.9 Metatarsophalangeal joint sprain
1.10 Foot sprain
1.11 Neck strain
1.12 Back strain
1.13 Back contusion

Exclusion Criteria

1. Joint dislocation
2. Open skin lesions within the pain area
3. The symptoms of a skin infection within the pain area
4. patients with known hypersensitivity to Diclofenac and Acanthaceae species plant
5. Pregnant and breast-feeding women
