- •Patients with ASA Grade 2 and 3
- •2. Patients with Mallampati Grade 1 and 2
- •3. Age between 20-60 years
- •4.cardiac Surgery patient on cardiopulmonary bypass
- •5 body weight 45-65
排除标准
- •Weight deviation >20%from ideal body weight.
- •Major hepatic ,renal,pulmonary and neuromuscular disease.hypothroidism or hyperthroidism
- •Preoperative medication within last 72hr that might interfere with neuromuscular transmission.
- •More than 3 attempts of intubation.
