Patients who have prosthetic heart valves and their surgery are at least two months ago.
Patients who take warfarin at least three months after surgery and their International Normalized Ratio (INR) must continuously be controlled.
Patients who have at least literate to read and write.
Patients who have a mobile phone at their home.
Patients who have not vision problems or have access to a third party who is able to read and write a short message for them.
Patients who have not speech, hearing and psychological problems.
The age range is between 18-65 years.
Exclusion criteria:
Changes in the medication.
Hospitalization for any reason.
Patient's reluctance to continue working.
