简要总结

In the present study, the optimal number of shear wave elastography measurements for the pancreas was three. The obtained elastic modulus was significantly higher in pancreatic cancer than in normal pancreas. However, there was a large variation in the measured values in pancreatic cancer, and further study is warranted. Fusion of CT and ultrasound images can ensure objectivity in the local evaluation of pancreatic cancer. The Auto Registration function enables quick and accurate fusion.

入选标准

  • (1) Patients who have diseases in the pancreas or liver on contrast-enhanced CT scan or MRI and are planned to have transabdominal ultrasound.
  • (2) Patients over 20 years old at the time of enrollment.
  • (3) Preservation of main organ functions at the time of diagnosis.
  • (4) Provision of written consent to participate in the study.

排除标准

  • (1) Uncontrollable infection including active tuberculosis
  • (2) Serious adverse events
  • (3) Severe mental disorder
  • (4) Patients with ascites
  • (4) Judgement as being ineligible by the principal or subinvestigator.
