入选标准
- •1.Right elective laparoscopic colectomies
- •2.ASA 1 and 2
- •3.Patients of either gender with age up to 60 years of age
- •4.Willing to give consent
- •5.Patients who can be telephonically approached
- •6.Patients who can reach health center within 1 hour or reach PGIMER Chandigarh within 1 day
- •7.Includes all benign and malignant diseases.
排除标准
- •1. Need for stoma making
- •Need for stoma making
- •2. Laparoscopy converted to open colectomy
- •3.Patients who are not willing to provide consent for the study.
- •4. ASA more than 2
- •5. Pregnant patients
- •6. Patients with CAD
- •7. Patients belonging to remote geographical areas
- •8. Patients with elevated postoperative day 2 CRP and Procalcitonin levels
- •9. ICU admission
- •10. Patients who received NACT
