Inclusion Criteria
1.Right elective laparoscopic colectomies
2.ASA 1 and 2
3.Patients of either gender with age up to 60 years of age
4.Willing to give consent
5.Patients who can be telephonically approached
6.Patients who can reach health center within 1 hour or reach PGIMER Chandigarh within 1 day
7.Includes all benign and malignant diseases.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Need for stoma making

3.Patients who are not willing to provide consent for the study.
4. ASA more than 2
5. Pregnant patients
6. Patients with CAD
7. Patients belonging to remote geographical areas
8. Patients with elevated postoperative day 2 CRP and Procalcitonin levels
9. ICU admission
10. Patients who received NACT
