Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age above 60 years
- •2\.Both males and females .
- •3\.Subjects having non\-specific low back pain
- •4\.Pain intensity on Numerical pain rating scale grade 2 to grade 6 (moderate intensity)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of significant back trauma
- •2\. Cognitive Impairment to provide signed informed consent
- •3\. A patient with any recent trauma or back fracture, surgery, spinal cord injuries, tumors or neurogenic conditions
