入排标准
入选标准
- •Critically Ill children who require PICU care with no contraindication(eg: gastrointestinal bleeding, ileus, suspected perforation)for initiation of enteral nutrition or insertion of small bore feeding tube aged 1 year to 13 years and PICU for >24 hours
排除标准
- •1. Children with Bowel obstruction
- •2. Children with risk of intestinal ischemia
- •3.Patients receiving Parenteral Nutrition
- •4.Those who have undergone surgeries on GI tract
- •5.Patients whose parents refuse to give consent.
